China Airlines posts 25.8% monthly improvement in passenger numbers

Read More » The SkyTeam alliance member's latest traffic monitor said passenger revenue was TW$7.3 billion (US$239 million) for the 31 days, up 20.6% from TW$6.1 billion in the previous month. Passengers and revenue in March were higher by 2,650% and 1,504%, respectively, over the same days in 2022. Compared with pre-COVID-19 numbers, CAL's March data was 55.5% of the 1.3 million passengers it carried in March 2019 and 96.9% of the TW$7.5 billion earned in passenger revenue in the matching month four years ago.
