Air China reports 10.6%domestic passenger increase in April

Air China flew 9.9 million passengers on its domestic network in April, up from the 9 million passengers it carried in March and more than six times higher than the 1.3 million domestic passengers the flag carrier transported in the same month a year ago. Against pre-COVID-19 operations, the reported month’s domestic passengers were 134.6% of the 7.4 million customers the airline carried in April 2019. Capacity, or available seat kilometres, was 156.2% of April 2019.
