SIA chair Peter Seah praises staff in annual report

Read More » Writing in SIA's annual report, Seah said Singapore Airlines and Scoot responded in a “nimble and agile” manner as Singapore reopened its borders and relaxed COVID-19 protocols. “Working closely with key members of Singapore’s aviation ecosystem, both carriers were among the first to launch flights, add frequencies to existing destinations and resume services to more points, capturing pent-up demand as air travel returned,” Seah said. “Our people rose to the occasion, swiftly adjusting to evolving customer needs while working to provide a seamless travel experience.” Seah said SIA's transformation program, which has included more than 200 initiatives since launched in 2020, was “critical” to the airline group's strong recovery, he said.
