AirAsia secures US$150 million loan facility

Capita A’s AirAsia Berhad subsidiary has negotiated a five-year US$150 million loan facility with an unnamed financial institution. Read More » The loan will fund AirAsia's aircraft and engine maintenance and support working capital requirements, Capital A said in a regulatory filing. “The term loan is secured, inter-alia, by a corporate guarantee from Capital A, which shall remain [in place] throughout the term of the loan,” Capital A said.
