Cebu Pacific to resume Manila-Kaohsiung after 15-year hiatus

Cebu Pacific will return to Kaohsiung in mid-August. Read More » It cancelled the route, after a year of operations, in June 2009. The three times a week rotation will be flown with one-class A320s fitted with 180 seats. Kaohsiung will be Cebu’s second destination in Taiwan after Taipei. “With the growing interest of passengers in travelling to new destinations, we hope this launch will encourage them to add another destination to their itineraries, or cross off one they have been looking to visit,” Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial officer, Xander Lao, said. Separately, the LCC has announced it will restart its Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program.
