IndiGo’s 2024 profits depressed by foreign exchange fluctuations

Operating revenue was higher by 13.7%, at 221.1 billion rupee, an IndiGo regulatory filing said. Capacity is forecast to expand 20% in the three months to this March 31 compared with a year ago. "We delivered a strong third quarter in fiscal year 2025, both operationally and financially," IndiGo CEO, Pieter Elbers, said. "These results were driven by robust demand and our ability to cater for that demand supported by lower fuel prices.”
