SIA Group update reports sustained robust travel demand

Read More » The airline group - Singapore Airlines and Scoot – said passenger load factor was 2.5 percentage points higher at 87.8% and capacity increased 5.5%. At full-service Singapore Airlines, passengers flown in the 31 days increased 11.3% to 2.4 million. Scoot’s customers carried numbered 1.2 million in the reported month. “The Singapore Airlines Group recorded robust travel demand in January supported by the Lunar New Year holiday season,” SIA said in a regulatory filing. The company will announce its latest financial results on February 20.
