Cebu Pacific appoints two independent board directors

Cebu Pacific informed the Philippines Stock Exchange yesterday that Bernadine Siy and Brian Matthew Cu had been elected to the board as independent directors. Read More » Siy is the founder of the Kenny Rogers restaurant chain and is on that company's board, Cebu said. Cu is co-founder of Grab Phillipines and was the president of the ride-sharing company from mid-2013 to August 2020.
