Singapore Airlines sweetens deal for its KrisFlyer frequent flyers

Members of Singapore Airlines (SIA) KrisFlyer frequent flyer program will have an alternative to flying to maintain their silver or gold membership tiers. Read More » In an email to members yesterday, the airline offered members the options to earn elite miles, which determine their membership elite tier, through purchases at KrisShop and its Kris+ shopping app, as well as spending via co-branded credit cards and when converting points from banking and "non-air" partners. The promotion lasts until February 28, 2022.
In other SIA news this week, the group said it would roll out a customer case and knowledge management system, 1Point, developed by Salesforce, from late 2021. Capgemini would be the systems integrator for the implementation and application maintenance support, SIA said.
