Singapore Airlines (SIA) has 39 of the 171 aircraft in its operating fleet, which includes passenger and freighter aircraft, parked at Changi Airport and in Alice Springs in Australia. Read More » The fleet numbers were outlined in a regulatory filing to the Singapore Exchange in response to shareholder questions ahead of the company's annual general meeting tomorrow. The statement also said "almost all" SilkAir stations had been transferred to SIA, with the integration expected to be completed by the end of the 2021-2022 financial year. SIA said nine of SilkAir's 737-800s have been transferred to the SIA fleet. All SIA frontline staff had been vaccinated against COVID-19 and 98% of pilots and cabin crew also had been vaccinated, the airline group said. "As a result, a vast majority of our flights are operated by vaccinated pilots and crew," SIA said.
