AirAsia Aviation Group names new board directors

AirAsia Aviation Group Limited (AAAGL), the new name for Capital A's aviation business, has unveiled its board of directors. Read More » Led by independent non-executive chairman, Jamaludin Ibrahim, who was appointed in February, the AAAGL directors are Thai national and investment banker, Suvabha Charoenying, Singapore national and aerospace executive, Lim Serh Ghee, Filipino national and lawyer Francisco Lim, and Malaysian national and chartered accountant, Mohamad Norza Zakaria. AAAGL group CEO, Bo Lingham also is on the board. "It’s an opportune time to have our board separate from the Capital A board, as we work on a new governance structure to support our new plans for the future," Ibrahim said.
