FedEx Express expands delivery guarantee service to more Asia-Pacific locations

FedEx Express is extending its international connect plus (FICP) product, which guarantees most shipments will be delivered to customers between one to three business days, to more markets across the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Read More » The global parcel freight company’s new FICP destinations in the region are Indonesia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Vietnam. “Since the launch of FICP last year, we have witnessed a strong uptake [for it] among our e-commerce customers. It provides a sweet spot for e-retailers to offer speedy delivery at reasonable cost,” FedEx Express senior vice president marketing and customer experience for Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Salil Chari, said.
