Cathay Pacific to improve chatbot responses with AI partnership

Read More » Consumer behaviours have shifted, the airline said, with passengers increasingly seeking answers to questions via digital channels. “As a company with more than seven decades in Hong Kong, we are committed to supporting local tech start-ups such as Fano Labs, innovating together to build our digital leadership – a pillar for achieving our vision of becoming one of the world’s greatest service brands,” Cathay Pacific director digital and IT, Lawrence Fong, said. “This collaborative effort in Conversational AI technology is the latest example of working together with start-ups to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and ultimately bring benefits and enhanced service to our customers.” Fano Labs co-founder and CEO, Dr Miles Wen, said the company began working with Cathay Pacific in 2019.
