Read More » The potential launch of a clean sheet turboprop is off the immediate agenda, the Brazil-headquartered air framer said, but added it will continue to work with potential suppliers on the turboprop concepts first raised in October 2020. The prototype design has 70-seat and 90-seat variants. Industry watchers believe engine manufacturers were hesitant to commit to a new power plant for the project.
