China Southern Airlines domestic passengers recover to 91.3% of pre-COVID numbers

China Southern Airlines (CSA) recorded 9.2 million domestic passengers in January, more than double the 4.1 million passengers it carried in December and a 39% improvement over the 6.6 million passengers it transported in the year ago period. Read More » Domestic passenger load factor for the month was 72.7% compared with 66.8% in December and 63.4% in January 2022. Last month, CSA’s passenger traffic was 91.3% of the 10.1 million domestic passengers flown in January 2019.
