China's biggest airline reports 2.1% increase in domestic passengers for March

China Southern Airlines (CSA) recorded 9.98 million domestic passengers in March, up 2.1% from the 9.77 million passengers it carried in February and 148.1% higher than the 4.02 million passengers it transported in the same month in 2022. Read More » Domestic passenger load factor for the 31 days was 73.97% compared with 77% in February and 64.58% in March 2022. For the month, passenger traffic was 96.9% of the 10.30 million domestic passengers CSA flew in March 2019. Domestic capacity, or available seat kilometres, was 110% of the same month four years ago.
