AirAsia Malaysia urges passenger adoption of contactless facilities at airports

The momentum continues this year with an average 90% usage rate for flights departing from Malaysia,” AirAsia Aviation Group chief airport and customer experience officer, Kesavan Sivanandam, said. “We believe this change will ultimately benefit all our guests by streamlining the travel process and reducing waiting times at the airport.”
