IndiGo not aware of co-founder’s reported plan to cut equity in the LCC

Read More » The company was responding to a request for information from India's BSW stock exchange after media reported Gangwal intended to sell between 5% and 8% of his Interglobe stock. “We would like to state the company has not received any such information nor has the company been made aware by the co-founder of an intention to sell a stake,” Interglobe Aviation company secretary and compliance officer, Sanjay Gupta, said in a letter to the stock exchange.
